This upgrade underlines our commitment to enhancing the efficiency and quality of passenger assistance services across North America.

During this period, employees at both airports underwent comprehensive training on the updated software, learning about the updated system’s benefits for passenger assistance services. Notably, airline check-in staff now have enhanced the capability to input passenger requests directly into the system, improving the efficiency of service delivery.

William Neece, Director of Airports for Ozion Airport Software, remarked: “In both airports, the transition was seamless with very energized and professional teams performed even better than they normally would. It was amazing to me that during a major upgrade in the system, their KPIs were much higher on the day of the launch than the day before. Even while implementing the upgrades, they were so energized that they performed better, making it a completely seamless transition.”

A PRM supervisor noted, “As a PRM supervisor, I use Ozion all the time to monitor agents and assess situations to manage performance on the floor. The latest version includes several innovative new features, such as the resource augmentation feature used to better manage peak periods.

Training for check-in staff was comprehensive, ensuring that all check-in desks have access to the system, enabling agents to generate orders, check progress, and create scenarios based on real-time data. Additionally, dispatchers at both locations were introduced to Automated Diverted Flight feature that allows passengers on diverted flights to receive expedited service.
