Steve Wilson is the Regulation & Relationship Lead for Assistance in Heathrow. He initiates and continually improves relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, partners, regulatory bodies, charities, and passengers. he evaluates and develops action plans to ensure relationships continue to be proactive and results driven. Hismain areas of focus are ensuring delivery of all regulations, driving the highest levels of customer service and working with Airlines, Strategic Partners and HAAG/CAA to deliver Heathrow’s vision to be the most accessible airport in the world through continuous improvement and education of the assistance service.
