What is the “Games Delegation” feature?

The “Games Delegation” feature is a new option available in our PRM Manager solution. It can be chosen via airport stands (check-in and/or welcome desk during the registration process) at the time of ordering or can be updated in real time from the task list. This feature is designed to meet the special requirements of sports delegations, which often include:

• Oversized luggage: Sports teams usually travel with large amounts of equipment; this feature makes sure that these needs are anticipated and handled efficiently.
• Specific mobility needs: Many athletes may require wheelchairs or other mobility assistance. This feature ensures that these requirements are fulfilled correctly and on time.
• Large groups: This feature ensures that from the moment of arrival to departure, every member of a sports delegation gets the assistance they need.

Also combined with the new functionality, passengers can travel with two chairs – timestamped when handed over.

When placing an order for assistance, it can be checked to show that the booking involves a sports delegation. This ensures that our system is prepared to handle the specific needs of the group, such as managing oversized luggage and providing the necessary mobility equipment and special process the airport or it’s provider has established for a particular sporting event

Live updates

Flexibility is key when managing large groups, especially in a fast-paced airport environment. So it can be updated in real time from the missions list, allowing the staff to make real-time adjustments based on the delegation’s requirements. This capability ensures that any changes or extra requirements are met immediately, reducing interruptions  and improving the overall experience for the passenger.
