Stephen initiates and improves relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, partners, regulatory bodies, charities, and passengers. His main areas of focus are ensuring delivery of all regulations, driving the highest levels of customer service and working with Airlines, Strategic Partners and HAAG/CAA to deliver Heathrow’s vision to be the most accessible airport in the world through continuous improvement and education of the assistance service.
